Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as an IT Security Project Manager in an enterprise banking setting
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, with the ability to articulate relevant background
- Experience in data protection, specifically related to hardware security solutions
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools, preferably CrowdStrike or similar
- Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies
- Skilled in using MS Project for project planning
- Knowledgeable in technical change management for software and hardware deployments
- Advanced comprehension of security business practices and project management processes
- Deep understanding of financial services, cybersecurity products, and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate routines that support project delivery, such as kick-offs and stakeholder meetings
- Plan and manage delivery schedules and dependencies across various teams
- Facilitate dependency management and risk mitigation for project deliverables
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between organizations to meet project timelines
- Gather and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and schedules
- Ensure project execution aligns with quality and compliance requirements
- Assist in resource planning for project execution and delivery
