Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT equipment support or related technology
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous data center experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Oversee the system for equipment malfunctions or performance issues
- Address program error messages by troubleshooting problems or terminating the program as needed
- Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new software
- Utilize spreadsheet applications and various software to input, manipulate data, and generate reports
