Must:

- 2-4 years of pertinent work experience
- 2-4 years of managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Capability to prioritize tasks in a complex and fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years of Data Center Engineering Experience (preferred)
- 2-4 years of Data Center Management Experience (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of network design and layout, as well as low voltage copper/fiber cabling (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of on-site shift technicians, senior shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with established procedures and practices.
- Set performance benchmarks, conduct assessments, and prepare reports on all dimensions of critical facility operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT managers and business leaders to synchronize projects, manage capacity, and enhance plant safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain a variety of critical systems including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and building monitoring systems, both in routine and emergency conditions.
- Assist in the design and development of new facilities.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving current facility efficiency.
- Manage asset and inventory processes.
- Support recruitment initiatives.
- Provide high-quality service and ensure all customer needs are satisfied.
