Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and on-premise versions (2010/2013/2016) along with development tools such as Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, JQuery, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer
- Experience in migrating sites, lists, forms, apps, and workflows using NINTEX and Sharegate from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
- Background in designing and developing user interfaces is advantageous
- Familiarity with InfoPath Admin-approved form construction and maintenance
- Proficient in C# and VB .NET with a solid understanding of their ecosystems
- Competent in code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Visual Studio source control
- Experience in creating Business Intelligence dashboards
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach
- Exceptional technical writing and professional proposal development skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions both on-premise and online utilizing out-of-the-box features and Microsoft .NET
- Configure SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows
- Develop custom web components, master pages, and forms
- Create InfoPath (2010/2013) and PowerApps form designs
- Utilize SharePoint Designer (2010/2013/2016), InfoPath, PowerApps, Visual Studio, Microsoft Flow, and Nintex
- Apply knowledge of different web authentication methods
- Maintain a solid understanding and hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational skills, professionalism, and a focus on client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements and propose technical designs that align with those needs
- Track, monitor, and resolve user requests escalated from the help desk; document activities and outcomes
- Provide emergency support as needed, including after-hours assistance
- Identify and suggest improvements for enhancing business process efficiency
- Assist and advise business users on the effective utilization of applications and IT resources
