Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing and/or managing physical security system projects (including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection)
- Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and network cabling infrastructure
- Proven organizational skills to manage project-related tasks effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide project meetings and teams
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in assembling and managing project schedules and budgets
- Ability to assist with installation processes when required
- Experience in coordinating system software programming
- Capability to manage all project resources efficiently
- Skills in training and developing project team members
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects involving access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and network cabling
- Organize and prioritize all tasks related to project execution
- Conduct project meetings to facilitate progress and collaboration
- Engage in communication with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and our internal team
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules
- Control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met
- Provide support during project installations as needed
- Coordinate programming for system software to ensure functionality
- Act as a representative for our fast-growing company
- Administer all resources required for successful project delivery
- Assist in the training and development of team members involved in the project
