Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Help Desk Support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with networking devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
- Knowledge of software including ProofPoint, ConnectWise, SentinelOne EDR, and Veeam
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Proven ability to resolve issues promptly
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals across the organization
- Provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees, ensuring network connectivity and diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Oversee various storage systems, ensuring a reliable backup solution
- Install software updates, system upgrades, and patches while addressing related problems
- Support the Exchange email client and administer ProofPoint accordingly
- Understand and assist with telecommunications and data communication, including switches, routers, access points, firewalls, VoIP, and smartphones
- Maintain standard operating systems such as Windows 10/11 Pro and Apple macOS
- Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively and operate independently or collaboratively within a team
