Data Sanitization Specialist

- Bachelors degree required. - 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related field. - Certifications such as NAID, ISO, or other recognized data sanitization credentials preferred. - Advanced knowledge of both physical and logical data destruction methods. - Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and computer systems/applications. - Strong data entry capabilities with a keen attention to detail and precision. - Competent in performing both basic and complex mathematical calculations. - Proven ability to adhere to detailed instructions and seek clarification as needed. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local/regional languages is a plus. - Capable of preparing and delivering formal presentations. - Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and with senior leaders. - Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities. - Demonstrated proficiency in complex problem solving, critical thinking, and sound decision-making. - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work environments. - Capable of managing stress and performing effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. - Team-oriented with a knack for building strong working relationships at all levels. - Exhibits empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions. - Holds a commitment to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards. - Physically capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs. - Able to remain stationary or walk/stand for extended periods. - Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
