Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field with 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with C++ programming
- Familiarity with radio frequency systems
- Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques
- Experience with real-time embedded systems utilizing VxWorks
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience performing unit testing with hardware in the loop
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess an active SECRET clearance
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of a surface Navy electronic warfare system
- Report project progress to the Integration and Test (I&T) IPT Lead
- Utilize software development and collaboration tools such as VS Code, Jenkins, JIRA, BitBucket/GIT, Nexus, and Confluence
- Work with systems engineers to facilitate system-level integration testing
- Make software updates in C++ to transition existing software to new hardware
- Conduct unit testing of software modifications with system hardware
