Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering, including a background in the agile development lifecycle, OR a Masters degree AND 12 years of relevant experience, OR a Ph.D. AND 9 years of pertinent experience in Software Engineering with an agile development background.
- Proficiency with peer review tools such as Atlassian Crucible.
- Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Swift) and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of change management tracking systems such as Jira, ClearQuest, or Asana.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, or Gitlab.
- Experience with configuration management systems including GIT, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Subversion.
- Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes) at the architect level is preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI to enhance peer review quality is a plus.
- Background in architecting cloud solutions is beneficial.
- Active Secret DoD Clearance with potential to obtain a Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
- Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trade studies and analyze alternatives for end-of-life peer review products.
- Lead a cross-functional team to prototype solutions and secure stakeholder approval.
- Transition replacement tools for end-of-life products into production.
- Define and facilitate the migration of existing teams to the new tool.
