Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an Agile team
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework, with a readiness to learn newer .NET technologies
- Familiarity with Java and a willingness to use equivalent Java frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Knowledge of design patterns such as CQRS, API Gateways, and event-driven design
- Experience in developing and architecting REST APIs
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures
- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, Azure SQL, and Oracle
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain scalable software applications
- Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, including analyzing requirements, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with teammates to provide high-quality solutions
- Diagnose and resolve software and integration issues
- Enhance software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices
- Liaise with other departments to deliver designs that address business challenges and enhance customer benefits
- Create and maintain documentation for software architecture, code, and development procedures
- Interact with product owners and stakeholders to gather insights, provide education, share status updates, and communicate relevant project progress
