Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Over 5 years of IT project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years on Epic EMR projects.
- Strong understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, Cadence, and Prelude.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Successful track record in leading Agile teams within a healthcare or consultancy context.
- Ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare IT settings, particularly within provider organizations like hospitals or health systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive Epic-related project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) utilizing Agile project management strategies.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with diverse teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical personnel, and leadership to establish and meet project goals.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource distribution across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparent communication and clear expectations.
- Record and monitor user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using platforms like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or obstacles to guarantee project success.
- Ensure compliance with standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management practices.
- Provide timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive management.
- Build strong client relationships and uphold T2 Techs reputation for excellence in service delivery.
