Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
- Masters/Advanced Degree in Business Administration
- Over 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile development setting
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and delivery of large, complex initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership, fostering collaboration and influence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical information clearly
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in analyzing product use data
- Familiarity with Agile project management and backlog tools
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to establish strategy and outcomes for T-Mobiles postpaid and prepaid journeys
- Promote cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Business Teams to enhance digital selling experiences
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the wireless industry and current digital trends to guide product strategy
- Manage the lifecycle of multiple products, focusing on customer acquisition, upgrades, and cross-selling
- Oversee product vision and development, ensuring alignment with brand priorities
- Implement change management strategies that align team objectives with company goals
- Mentor and guide the Product Management team to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- Ensure accountability for performance and budgets between T-Mobile and vendor partners
