Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in the information technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Visio and JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing CRM projects and implementations.
- Relevant educational background in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive project plans, defining goals, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members to align project objectives.
- Recognize project risks, challenges, and dependencies, and formulate effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Oversee and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with timelines and milestones.
- Utilize MS Visio and JIRA for project setup and management while conducting regular project status meetings.
- Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive project execution.
- Direct and deliver CRM project implementations successfully.
- Promote effective teamwork and communication among all project participants.
- Lead project reviews and lessons learned sessions to pinpoint areas for enhancement and best practices.
