IT Engineer - Managed Services Provider

- At least 5 years of experience in IT supporting clients to resolve intricate technical issues, serving as an escalation point for lower-tier support. - Proficient in managing and leading IT project migrations. - Experience in monitoring active alerts and proactively troubleshooting client networks for optimal performance. - Strong communication skills to engage with clients daily, addressing alerts, providing troubleshooting guidance, and ensuring satisfaction. - Ability to onboard and manage client devices, ensuring smooth integration into existing networks. - Hands-on experience with networks, systems, cloud, and other IT infrastructure components. - Availability for after-hours tasks such as firmware updates, migrations, and critical troubleshooting. - Strong background in IT with a focus on crafting innovative solutions. - Familiarity with RMM platforms like N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar. - Expertise in resolving complex network issues with strong critical thinking skills. - Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. - Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. - Commitment to continuous learning and career advancement. - Clean background check and drug screening required due to federal contracts. - Experience with O365 Tenant management. - Knowledge in firewall setup and deployment.
