Your main responsibility will involve delivering high-quality software and technical solutions tailored to meet product and platform needs. You will produce high-quality code while adhering to architectural standards and development best practices, such as Test-Driven Development, code reviews, static code analysis, and secure coding. Writing technical user stories and ensuring that non-functional requirements are met to achieve performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability of software/solutions will be crucial. You will actively resolve defects and manage technical debt while developing unit tests for good coverage and regression testing. Assisting in creating automated tests and managing environment scripts will be part of your duties. We embrace DevOps methodologies, so you will participate in CI/CD processes, SDLC automation, and proactive monitoring. Collaboration is key; thus, you will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will perform spikes and investigations to evaluate new tools and technologies, while collaborating with the team through the end-to-end process, including design, development, QA, deployment, and production support.

We seek individuals who understand and implement code quality best practices, developing and automating unit tests. You should be able to create and manage code branches and versioned components using version control systems like Git or similar. Proficiency with DevOps tools and concepts, including continuous integration and deployment, configuration and containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring, is required. Additionally, proficiency in Agile practices such as Lean, XP, Scrum, and Kanban is essential, along with experience in building and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS. We value continuous learning, so one must independently research information, enhance day-to-day skills, and identify key growth opportunities. Your ability to work and collaborate effectively within various contexts is crucial.
