Software Solutions Architect

- I am looking for candidates with extensive experience in Java/Node.js, the Spring Framework, and ORM frameworks. Proficiency in the Spring framework, cloud technologies, and API orchestration frameworks such as GraphQL is essential. - Strong knowledge of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL), as well as caching solutions, is required. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and major cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred. - Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to mentor and oversee junior architects, whether onsite or offshore. - Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills are necessary. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), is advantageous. - Knowledge of performance tuning and DevSecOps practices will be beneficial. Additionally, a background in real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka) and data modeling, as well as experience implementing security protocols and advanced authorization strategies, would be a significant plus. Effective leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate architectural and technology-related decisions, are also essential.
