Agile Project Lead

- I provide guidance and insights to the Product Owner and team for creating and managing the product backlog. - I facilitate effective sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, encouraging team ownership. - I contribute to setting priorities, drawing from an understanding of technical challenges and identifying dependencies with other teams. - I coach teams in ways that promote clear communication of product requirements and team commitments. - I drive continuous improvement and self-organizing behaviors within the team while emphasizing the use of agile practices. - I work to eliminate obstacles and ensure that the team identifies and resolves impediments on a daily basis. - I review progress, issues, and risks, and guide the team in conducting problem analysis and resolving conflicts. - I identify knowledge gaps and address them through teaching, mentoring, and disseminating best practices across teams. - I mentor other Scrum Masters through our Community of Practice and other informal settings. - I supervise delivery team members as they commit to and fulfill their work tasks. - I maintain an analytical perspective during crises and assist in crisis resolution. - I hold myself and others accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. - I take ownership of one or more complex products, features, components, or solutions, along with their performance metrics. - I ensure that the team-level decisions align with the priorities and strategic agenda for the project/product. - I utilize budgetary and other financial information to support staffing and business planning efforts. - I identify risks and their potential outcomes, proposing solutions to achieve business objectives. - I cultivate an inclusive workplace that values diversity and individual differences. - I participate in process analysis to identify areas for improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies. - I present results or demonstrations with appropriate complexity tailored to different audiences.
