Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Transport Management System (TMS)
- Strong ability to integrate OTM with external systems using SOAP/REST API
- In-depth knowledge of Order Management and Shipment Management
- Familiarity with Business Process Automation and Contract and Rate Management
- Proficient in Configuration and Administration tasks
- Understanding of screen sets, manager layouts, advanced layouts, custom actions, action checks, and ACLs
- Knowledge of Business Monitor and Status Code/Tracking event configuration
- Experience with user preference settings
- Background in Commitment Allocation, Commitment Count, and Capacity Limits
- Practical experience in Rate configuration, Itinerary, and Equipment configurations
- Skilled in conducting Mapping Workshops and preparing Mapping Specifications for various interfaces
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug critical configuration issues, including planning problems and rate configurations
- Competence in identifying agent failures from OTM system logs for issue resolution and fixes
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Oracle Transport Management System with external systems
- Manage and oversee different aspects of Order Management and Shipment Management
- Automate business processes related to contracts and rate management
- Handle configuration and administration within the TMS framework
- Develop and customize screen sets, manager layouts, and advanced layouts
- Execute actions like ACLs, action checks, and custom actions to enhance system functionality
- Set up Business Monitor and configure tracking events and status codes
- Analyze and rectify issues related to user preferences
- Handle commitment allocation, count, and capacity limits effectively
- Configure rates, itineraries, and equipment as required
- Conduct Mapping Workshops to facilitate integration between systems
- Prepare detailed Mapping Specifications for diverse interfaces
- Debug and resolve critical configuration issues effectively
- Monitor OTM system logs to identify and fix agent failures
