Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in Network Support Operations (Level 1.5)
- Strong understanding of Switching & Routing, Wireless, and SD-WAN technologies
- Experience with handling soft calls (Genesys) and Unified Communications (UCC) calls
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ManageEngine, SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, 24x7, Cisco Prime, and Aruba AirWave
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- CCNA or Contact Center Certification
- ITIL certified or possess working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines
Responsibilities
- Provide network support and troubleshooting for various network operations
- Manage and resolve incidents through ticketing tools in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective resolution of network issues
- Monitor network performance using various tools to identify and address potential problems
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Conduct analysis to improve network services and support operations
