Lead Validation Engineer, Automation Focus

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Computer System Validation Consultant in a regulated setting, ideally within Pharma. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. - Experience in quality assurance/quality control roles within Pharmaceutical companies, specifically in Sales and Marketing and/or Medical/Regulatory departments. - Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including FDA and other global regulatory authorities. - Demonstrated ability to serve as a client-facing Compliance Lead in various projects and programs. - Effective in providing consulting and advice on quality and compliance requirements to IT project teams, utilizing a risk-based right-sizing approach. - Proven track record of managing project/program/support responsibilities and meeting deadlines. - Expertise in ensuring quality standards are upheld in line with contractual commitments. - Skilled in guiding and monitoring off-site teams to achieve key milestones and objectives. - Commitment to maintaining external and internal process compliance for the team. - Desirable experience in risk management, supplier evaluation, assessment, and auditing. - Familiarity with working in virtual teams across diverse cultures and regions. - Experience with cloud-based technologies is preferred.
