- Expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Asset Management processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Incident Management processes
- Oversee Change Management activities to ensure minimal disruption
- Manage Problem Management to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Facilitate Knowledge Management to ensure effective information sharing
- Supervise Asset Management to enhance asset lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ITSM processes
- Regularly review and report on service management performance
