Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Genesys development, particularly WAC integration via iframe in WDE.
- Experience in troubleshooting WDE and Desktop Bridge upgrades.
- Ability to resolve integration, security, and data transmission challenges.
- Skill in ensuring information flow to portals through WDE.
- Competence in making configuration adjustments for WDE IDs.
- Familiar with debugging platform issues using WDE logs.
- Knowledge of end-to-end support for platform changes and upgrades.
- Experience in disaster recovery processes and related testing.
- Manage call transfers between Voice ID CCP and non-Voice ID CCP.
- Understands differences between Citrix-based and non-Citrix CCPs.
- Experience in desktop bridge setup and upgrade.
- Adept at resolving issues with customer IDs and ensuring data accuracy.
- Skilled in troubleshooting issues with portals, caller type switches, and multiple enrollments.
- Ability to fetch and analyze platform logs.
- Familiarity with Nuance GUI, SIP servers, and service servers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
- Skills in building backend APIs and handling daily operational troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis.
- Participation in performance testing and tuning activities.
- Experience tracking critical patches.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Background in the banking and financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Genesys functionalities, particularly focusing on WAC through iframe in WDE.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for WDE and Desktop Bridge upgrades.
- Resolve integration, security, and data transmission issues as they arise.
- Ensure a seamless flow of information to various portals using WDE.
- Implement configuration changes and settings for WDE IDs.
- Assist in debugging platform issues by analyzing WDE logs.
- Provide support for end-to-end platform transition calls and upgrades.
- Participate actively in disaster recovery activities and their testing.
- Manage call transitions from Voice ID CCP to non-Voice ID CCP.
- Differentiate between Citrix and non-Citrix CCP environments in operations.
- Set up and upgrade desktop bridges as necessary.
- Tackle problems related to customer ID transmissions and rectify data inaccuracies.
- Troubleshoot portal-related issues including caller type switches and manage multiple enrollments effectively.
- Extract and review platform logs to identify issues.
- Address technical challenges related to Nuance GUI, SIP, and service servers.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive project success through effective communication and management.
- Participate in backend API development and oversee daily operational troubleshooting tasks.
- Identify recurring problems and perform root cause analyses as needed.
- Engage in performance testing and optimization efforts.
- Track and apply critical system patches as part of maintenance.
