Requirements
Must:
- Advanced knowledge of IVR technology and associated telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems
- Proven experience in managing and developing speech recognition systems and grammars
- Proficiency with third-party integration implementation, such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and cross-system communication protocols, along with integrating telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g., SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST)
- Capability in software development using an object-oriented programming language; skilled in designing, developing, and supporting advanced IVR applications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with teams to define and implement IVR solutions that meet client needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality speech recognition systems and grammars
- Integrate third-party services and ensure seamless connectivity with CRM systems
- Work on various web service and API integrations to enhance system functionality
- Support the overall development and troubleshooting of IVR applications and related technologies
