Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT Security field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
- Cloud competency certifications to enhance expertise
- Proficient in operating within AWS or Azure environments, with a strong focus on architecture and security capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of web application security, including the OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of network threats, including DDoS, Phishing, and email security protocols
- Advanced skills in incident response management and security systems such as IPS, IDS, and SEIM
- Familiarity with network applications and secure configuration practices
- Expertise in crafting cloud security architecture vision and strategies
- Strong ability to implement security hardening across various cloud services including IaaS and PaaS
- Experience in migrating on-premises workloads to cloud environments
- Commitment to staying abreast of new cloud technologies and infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Develop and guide our strategic vision for cloud security architecture, establishing standards and frameworks
- Create and enhance security strategies to strengthen controls and architecture for critical infrastructures
- Offer expertise in system, application, database, and network security best practices
- Lead efforts to secure Azure, GCP, and AWS infrastructures, ensuring robust Identity as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Collaborate with teams to effectively respond to security incidents and take on leadership roles when necessary
- Oversee the migration of on-premises workloads to cloud platforms
- Actively explore and integrate new cloud technologies into our security framework
