IT infrastructure project manager

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certification(s) are highly desirable. - 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, particularly in managing large, intricate, cross-functional IT initiatives within matrixed organizations. - Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level technology projects, including CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, or cloud-based solutions. - At least 5 years of experience collaborating with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to convert business requirements into actionable project plans. - Established ability to guide diverse project teams, set strategic direction, communicate vision, and influence results without direct authority. - Experienced in leading organizational change, handling competing priorities, and advancing projects in ambiguous or changing environments. - Strong history of leveraging data-driven insights to inform project planning and risk management. - Mastery of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid strategies. - Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Jira. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making effective decisions under pressure. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. - Demonstrated capacity to cultivate relationships, encourage collaboration, and resolve conflicts among diverse stakeholder groups. - In-depth understanding of business processes and IT alignment, capable of delivering measurable value. - Skilled in resource planning and budgeting for large-scale projects. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at working independently in dynamic environments. - Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and how enterprises are leveraging them to enhance digital business. - Strong comprehension of business needs, with a keen ability to build and sustain high levels of customer trust and confidence.
