Requirements
Must:
- Certified Zuora Administrator with additional technical certifications
- Over 10 years of expert-level experience in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments
- 5+ years of practical experience in implementing Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing processes
- Subject Matter Expert in Subscription Business Model and Consumption Subscription Billing
- Extensive knowledge in integrating Zuora with systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, and Avalara
- Familiarity with banking institutions like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, as well as payment gateways like Stripe and Adyen
- Experience working with consulting partners
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Zuora environments to optimize billing processes
- Lead implementations of Quote to Cash and CPQ systems
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Subscription Billing relevant to our business model
- Integrate Zuora with various external systems and platforms
- Manage workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing and financial settings
