Requirements

Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through structured interview coaching
- Prepare candidates for technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Enhance candidates project narratives to articulate their work effectively
- Conduct mock interviews with realistic simulations and feedback
- Support candidates in strengthening their technical foundations
- Assist with navigating STEM OPT extension, H1B filing, and Green Card processes as applicable
- Foster a collaborative environment to practice and improve interview skills
- Provide ongoing support and resources for job-seeking candidates
