Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software development or data science roles
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA)
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts (OOP)

- Experience designing data pipelines

Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through mock interviews to enhance performance
- Conduct tailored coaching sessions focused on interview techniques and strategies
- Assist in building strong project narratives to showcase candidates skills
- Provide feedback and improvement plans based on mock interview outcomes
- Help candidates understand what interviewers are looking for in technical assessments
- Prepare candidates for both behavioral and technical interview questions
- Offer resources and support related to STEM OPT processes and H1B filings as necessary
