Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in system design and project explanations
- Excellent communication skills for articulating tradeoffs
- Experience with high-demand programming languages like Java and Python
- Familiarity with technologies related to DevOps, Data Analytics, Engineering, and Machine Learning/AI are advantageous
- Previous experience in interview preparation or coding bootcamps is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate end-to-end thinking in coding and project deployment
Responsibilities
- Provide candidates with tailored preparation for technical interviews
- Train candidates on key concepts such as APIs, backend design, and database selection
- Equip candidates with practical skills to enhance their problem-solving capabilities
- Assist candidates in showcasing their project experiences in interviews
- Support candidates in their job search, particularly for roles in software programming and data science
- Offer guidance on navigating H-1B and green card filing processes as needed
