Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years in the financial services sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Foundational understanding of retirement plan administration, ERISA, IRS, and DOL guidelines (preferred)
- Experience in client transitions, onboarding, or plan implementations (preferred)
- Familiarity with OMNI recordkeeping platform (preferred)
- Bachelors degree is advantageous
- Series 6 or Series 7 license is beneficial but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Oversee platform updates and service implementations for retirement plan clients
- Manage, execute, and verify configurations related to retirement plan service modifications
- Implement new plans and alterations, including fund lineup changes, fee modifications, QDIA updates, and contract revisions
- Ensure best practices for transitions are adhered to throughout the implementation process
- Identify, escalate, and address potential issues and risks to maintain data accuracy and client relations
- Consistently follow procedural directives and documentation standards
- Conduct quality assurance checks at each implementation phase to guarantee accuracy and compliance
- Establish credibility with clients, consultants, and internal teams by demonstrating strong knowledge of onboarding procedures
- Provide timely updates on implementation progress to stakeholders and management
Description
We are a Fortune 1000 financial services firm looking for multiple Business Data Analysts (Data Leads) for two-year contract positions. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate platform updates and service installations for our retirement plan clients. Candidates should be situated in or be willing to commute to either Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX, as on-site presence is required three days a week. You have the option to be hired as our W2 employee or as an Independent Contractor.
