VP, Privileged Access Product Owner

- Spearhead the strategic roadmap and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise PAM program, focusing on the remediation of high-risk privileged accounts. - Manage the rollout and adoption of PAM capabilities including advanced monitoring, credential lifecycle management, and session monitoring/recording. - Oversee the end-to-end privileged access lifecycle expansion across various environments including databases, cloud services, and infrastructure. - Establish and uphold risk-tiered control policies and governance workflows to enhance accountability and compliance. - Integrate PAM functions with ITSM platforms and related security tools to facilitate automated controls and improve operational efficiencies. - Collaborate with IAM governance bodies, Security Operations, and Audit teams to synchronize priorities, report metrics, and execute enterprise objectives. - Prioritize and endorse remediation efforts based on risk levels and enterprise impact, fostering stakeholder collaboration and achieving delivery results. - Drive cross-functional initiatives with leadership guidance while setting objectives and strategies through influence. - Undertake additional assigned duties and special projects as necessary.
