VP, Cloud Agile Leader

- Assist Agile Scrum Teams by addressing critical dependencies and managing Program Risks. - Utilize strong communication, analytical, tactical, and technical skills to drive requirements, testing, and production validation. - Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with application release management, outage management, and change processes and standards. - Aid in the management of the Program Increment (PI) planning process, including Agile ceremony facilitation, ART backlog refinement, and coordination with other ARTs. - Participate in in-person Program Increment (PI) planning; organizing events with internal employees and contractors. - Manage team performance through regular communication regarding day-to-day activities, coaching, feedback, and leading by example. - Oversee end-to-end cloud migration projects, from assessment and planning to migration and post-migration support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Infrastructure, Security, Application Owners, and Compliance to ensure seamless migration processes. - Design and implement strategies for Data Center Extension that support hybrid cloud environments and optimize infrastructure usage. - Ensure compliance with financial sector regulations, security policies, and standards throughout migration activities. - Create migration documentation, best practices, and runbooks to facilitate future cloud migration efforts. - Monitor and resolve issues associated with cloud migration and Data Center Extension to ensure uptime and optimal performance. - Provide technical guidance and training on cloud platforms and migration tools to teams. - Assess and recommend suitable cloud technologies and tools for the financial services sector. - Undertake additional duties or special projects as required.
