Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of a Bachelors degree, High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a hands-on technical role
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with languages and frameworks such as Spring/Java, Encryption/Tokenization frameworks, ReactJS, RDBMS, and NoSQL Databases
- Proven expertise in architecting and developing secure products using advanced encryption and decryption techniques
- Practical experience in designing and implementing custom tokenization and de-tokenization algorithms for data protection
- Demonstrated knowledge of cryptographic algorithms including Elliptic Curve Cryptography, RSA, and AES, alongside proprietary tokenization solutions
- Experience in optimizing scheduling algorithms including priority-based and rate-momentum techniques
- Minimum 2 years of working on or leading teams in systems automation and integration, preferably in agile environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions that meet business needs, delivering value through rapid innovation and modern software practices
- Apply in-depth knowledge of algorithms related to data encryption and tokenization techniques to support secure data handling
- Conduct integration of continuous delivery processes to prepare applications for production, enhancing overall process improvement
- Implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines for secure application delivery
- Execute Technology Alternate Assessments and develop Proof-of-Concepts to explore new technologies and methods
- Provide technical guidance to product teams, ensuring adherence to security protocols and industry standards
- Collaborate with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams through the entire product lifecycle
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain current expertise in modern software development, particularly in cloud-native environments
- Foster learning and adaptation of emerging industry practices to stay ahead of technological advancements
- Support daily cloud-native development tasks including automation scripting and build management
- Partner with globally distributed teams for the design and implementation of secure, robust solutions
- Undertake additional responsibilities and partake in special projects as assigned
