Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics with 6+ years of relevant experience in data/analytics within the banking or financial services sector
- 3+ years of expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python for data mining and complex statistical analyses
- 3+ years of experience leading extensive analytics projects
- 3+ years working in analytics positions alongside cross-functional stakeholders like marketing, credit risk, and finance
- 2+ years utilizing data visualization tools, such as Tableau, SAS Viya, or Power BI
- Willingness and ability to travel for business as necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide primary analytical support for Product Optimization through comprehensive data analysis
- Collaborate with product, finance, credit, commercial, analytics, client, and digital teams to enhance and influence the development of new product features and solutions
- Analyze and categorize customers based on product, terms, pricing, behavior, and credit performance to ensure effective targeting strategies
- Leverage client partner data and external data sources to understand customer behaviors and optimize products
- Employ statistical modeling and advanced analytical techniques to produce actionable recommendations
- Design frameworks for measuring product performance and uncovering improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deepen understanding of data structures and content
- Clearly communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations for varied audiences
- Support product testing and validation through thorough data analysis
- Establish strategies to measure and track performance of tests and controls
- Perform additional duties and special projects as required
