Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or, in absence of a degree, High School diploma and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical IT role
- Minimum of 5 years in software development using languages and frameworks such as Spring/Java, encryption/tokenization frameworks, ReactJS, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases
- At least 2 years of experience leading or working with teams focused on systems automation and integration, preferably within an agile framework
- Ability and willingness to travel for business as required
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions that fulfill business requirements while supporting rapid innovation through contemporary software development practices and continuous integration
- Implement software development processes focusing on security measures, using algorithms like Elliptical Curve Cryptography, RSA, and AES
- Design and execute continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies to enhance application deployment and promote ongoing process improvement
- Conduct technology assessments and create proof-of-concept prototypes as necessary, providing guidance to product teams for compliance with standards and best practices
- Collaborate effectively with internal resources and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and derive solutions
- Stay updated on modern software development practices by maintaining extensive technical knowledge and trends
- Provide ongoing support for cloud-native development, which includes creating and maintaining automation scripts and build pipelines
- Engage in additional duties or special projects as assigned
