Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in Information Technology or 7 years of experience in Information Technology in lieu of a degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or scrum master
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as necessary
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly software developers
- Previous experience in application development and workflow management
- Experience managing projects and implementations in both large and small corporate environments
- Advanced user of iPhone and/or Android
- Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, and Slack; fluency in MS Office
- Exceptional organizational skills and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Adaptable with a proactive attitude, able to quickly learn and adjust
- High level of initiative, comfortable working in a team setting
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Agile scrum teams to achieve incremental improvements in mobile software
- Facilitate the development of release and sprint plans for digital products
- Manage meetings, reviews, and ceremonies to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and budget
- Review user stories and requirements, communicate risks and accomplishments with stakeholders
- Collaborate and foster consensus among peers, team members, and external partners for project success
- Set expectations and coordinate activities with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Smartsheets to oversee processes, teams, and projects
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned
