Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in IT
- Extensive knowledge of Unix and Linux, including scripting and automation, and comfort in Unix and Linux settings
- Minimum of 3 years in developing and supporting Unix Identity and Access Management platforms or relevant Information Security experience
- At least 2 years of experience with agile methodologies as part of a product team
- A minimum of 2 years using DevOps and CI/CD practices for automation
- Willingness to travel for business as needed
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and document Unix Access and Identity Management solutions with a focus on security and design integrity
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and technical teams, including application architects, product managers, information security, and risk management departments
- Contribute to automating the processes needed to build, test, deploy, and maintain Unix Identity and Access Management solutions following DevOps principles
- Enhance the operational efficiency of Unix Identity and Access Management by utilizing performance and availability metrics
- Leverage technical know-how and industry experience to aid in the agile development of Unix Identity and Access Management features
- Manage the daily operations and upkeep of the Unix Identity and Access Management platform to meet business needs, regulatory compliance, and other obligations
- Work with teams to identify and resolve escalated production challenges
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical development
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned
