Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field, or at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Scrum Master or in project management leading Agile teams on configurable solutions, software products, or cloud services.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience enhancing software development processes to maximize business value delivery. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Oracle ERP Cloud teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, and QA to ensure a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, advocating Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-management.
- Identify, monitor, and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress and escalate issues as required.
- Coordinate inter-team dependencies and manage stakeholder communication, focusing on seamless offshore/onshore collaboration.
- Monitor team metrics and provide clear reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in capacity planning and sprint forecasting to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Participate in Oracle ERP Cloud releases and assist in deployment coordination within Agile frameworks.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance across distributed teams.
- Execute additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.
