Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated expertise with Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP), and associated PAM solutions.
- Practical experience in linking various systems (databases, ServiceNow, and network devices) with PAM vaults.
- Strong understanding of privileged credential management and security best practices.
- Familiarity with standard PAM integrations and customization options.
- Experience in managing firewall requests and working with infrastructure teams.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties for after-hours support.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, platform components, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP).
- Integrate various IT systems, applications, and network devices into the PAM vault, including databases and ServiceNow.
- Oversee the management, vaulting, and rotation of privileged credentials across integrated platforms.
- Utilize standard PAM integrations and customize as needed to fulfill business needs.
- Diagnose PAM system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver timely solutions.
- Handle firewall requests related to PAM system connectivity and functionality.
- Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure effective PAM integration and compliance.
- Provide on-call support for PAM system availability, addressing incidents and outages promptly.
- Monitor the health of the PAM system, implement patches and upgrades, and enhance performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, procedures, and incident resolution reports.
- Carry out additional duties and special projects as required.
Description
We are searching for a proficient PAM Engineer to enhance our privileged access management infrastructure at Synchrony. In this dynamic role, you will install, configure, and maintain PAM platforms while integrating diverse IT systems. We support a flexible work environment, offering options to work from home or at one of our offices. While comfortable working independently, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. We pride ourselves on an inclusive culture where every voice is heard. This position offers a competitive salary of $115,000 annually with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
