Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce with 2+ years of experience in Credit Acquisitions, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- 5+ years of experience in Project/Product Management
- Strong familiarity with Scaled Agile methodologies and hands-on experience as a Product Owner
- Proven ability to engage in technical discussions that align development efforts with business priorities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for work when required
- Experience leading software development projects
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience in writing test plans and scripts, and participating in system validation
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the Credit business perspective while advancing the development of new integrations and features on the SynApps platform
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary business and technology leaders to define and articulate solutions for business challenges, ensuring long-term maintenance and compliance with Credit requirements
- Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them
- Lead agile teams to execute and deliver the required APIs and services according to the roadmap
- Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Serve as a primary link between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify deliverables, dependencies, and risks
- Develop and manage a well-prioritized backlog; work with development teams to refine requirements and specify acceptance criteria
- Oversee product release planning and set clear delivery expectations
- Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and associated agile ceremonies
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

We are excited to invite a Product Owner to our team for the PRISM program, focusing on the growth of our Credit Underwriting platform, SynApps. This role is crucial in ensuring the migration from legacy technologies to a modern cloud-based architecture, and we value a candidate who combines leadership, technical expertise, and solid product management background in Credit products. We maintain a flexible working environment that allows for options to work remotely, near one of our Hubs, or from our offices. Occasionally, travel may be required for in-person engagements.
