Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma/GED with significant related experience
- 4 years of experience in software development or technical product management, or 6 years in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in Java development, particularly with Java Spring Boot
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
- Extensive experience in building and consuming web services via SOAP and REST
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with dependency management tools like Maven
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
- Proven track record of building and deploying applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Experience in creating unit, integration, and UI test cases

Responsibilities
- Lead a geographically diverse development team
- Collaborate and influence technology, product, and credit stakeholders
- Mentor team members across various levels of the organization
- Participate in Agile scrums with cross-functional collaboration
- Engage in Agile sprints involving planning, daily standups, and backlog grooming sessions
- Analyze production issues, troubleshoot systems, and identify root causes for resolution
- Provide 24/7 on-call support on a periodic basis
- Work with third-party vendors for software development or integration
- Undertake additional tasks or special projects as assigned
