Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least five (5) years of relevant post-bachelors work experience
- Proven experience in software procurement and software asset management
- Familiarity with source-to-pay processes, tools, and technologies, including e-procurement systems and contract management software
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks
- Experience in managing software procurement COE ServiceNow ticket queue for timely operational fulfillment
- Proficient with ServiceNow or other major IT asset management tools for compliance and process optimization
- Experience using Coupa for procurement, finance, and supply chain management
- Strong background in conducting internal and external audits
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end procurement process
- At least one (1) year of experience in software licensing models, contract terms, pricing strategies, and negotiation techniques
Responsibilities
- Manage software procurement and asset management processes
- Oversee source-to-pay workflows and relevant technological tools
- Maintain the ServiceNow ticket queue to ensure prompt ticket resolution
- Ensure compliance and enhance processes using IT asset management tools
- Facilitate procurement processes using Coupa and related financial systems
- Conduct internal and external audits to assure quality and compliance
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities aligned with company goals
