Must:
- I have over 5 years of experience in managed IT services, preferably with a background in MSP leadership.
- I possess hands-on experience in directing technical support teams to achieve and surpass goals.
- I have a strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, as well as familiarity with the ConnectWise suite and RMM tools.
- I have a working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and a passion for enhancing processes.
- I bring a metrics-driven mindset alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in crisis situations.
Responsibilities
- I will orchestrate a fast and dependable helpdesk that resolves issues proactively.
- I will balance priorities, streamline workflows, and eliminate delays through effective queue management.
- I will monitor response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction, aiming to continuously improve these metrics.
- I will collaborate with Projects, Virtual CIOs, and Centralized Teams to provide unified, proactive solutions.
- I will guide, challenge, and elevate my engineers through hands-on coaching with clearly defined objectives.
- I will host focused morning stand-ups to align, energize, and enhance team performance.
- I will advocate for ongoing training, certifications, and skill mastery, as my team's growth is crucial for our success.
- I will create a close-knit, results-oriented culture where accountability meets collaboration.
- I will act as the trusted point of contact during critical incidents, fostering clear, calm, and solution-oriented communication.
- I will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align support efforts with overall business objectives.
- I will implement leading industry practices, such as ITIL, to effectively manage incidents, problems, and events.
- I will continuously refine workflows for faster, smarter, and more consistent service delivery.
- I will utilize ConnectWise, IT Glue, and analytics dashboards to gather insights and motivate action.
- I will lead proactive problem-solving efforts by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and preventing recurring issues.
