Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to perform basic mechanical tasks and routine upkeep
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and hardware for production tracking
- Capability to operate powered lift equipment
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence
- Strong aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- (Preferred) Proficiency in using basic hand tools and measuring instruments
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators during setup, operation, and changeovers
- Aid in threading film, adjusting machine parameters, and loading materials
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on pouching machines
- Help troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
- Oversee the production process to ensure product quality standards are met
- Perform regular checks and document any discrepancies
- Maintain precise records of production activities, including material utilization and machine performance, using manufacturing reporting software and hardware
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure the work environment is clean and devoid of hazards
- Collaborate closely with machine operators, maintenance personnel, and other team members to ensure seamless production processes
