Requirements
Must:
- I possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- I ideally have a minimum of 1 year of experience with the Litify platform.
- I am proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- I have experience with Salesforce integrations.
- I have a deep understanding of Salesforce's security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, would be preferred.
- I hold relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I & II and Application Architect (preferred).
- I would benefit from having a Litify Certification (strong plus).
- Experience in the legal industry or LegalTech is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, emphasizing scalability and performance.
- I will architect secure and reliable Salesforce solutions, including specific customizations for Litify.
- I will translate the requirements of key stakeholders into effective, practical solutions.
- I will collaborate with third-party developers to plan, manage, design, and develop projects.
- I will ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, release management, and documentation.
- I will build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- I will develop automation pipelines, utilizing n8n and other API endpoints.
- I will be involved in integrating via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- I will advocate for test-driven development (TDD).
- I will customize Litify workflows, layouts, dashboards, and process automations.
- I will maintain alignment with legal industry standards in system architecture.
- I will effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Litify environment independently.
- I will take the lead for a team of junior developers and Salesforce administrators.
- I will mentor the team and support their professional development.
- I will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful release outcomes.
- I will actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- I will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Description
I am looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer who possesses strong hands-on development abilities, ideally with at least 1 year of experience working with Litify. This role involves leadership, requiring a mix of deep technical expertise and effective communication skills with stakeholders as well as mentoring team members. There is potential for remote work one day a week after the first 90 days, contingent upon satisfactory performance. While we are considering local candidates, preference will be given to individuals residing in California.
