Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support with Windows, Mac OS, and Google Workspace at a growing company with at least 175 users
- Familiarity with Azure environments (AVD, Entra ID, or Intune preferred)
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
- Capability to build strong relationships with internal team members
- Positive and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software
- Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment for remote employees
- Assist with Entra ID and Intune for device and identity management
- Support the welcome team with the setup of employee workstations and equipment
- Quickly and efficiently resolve issues for internal team members
- Suggest improvements for hardware and software
- Track internal issues and solutions via the company ticketing system
- Configure and set up laptops and desktops (including OS installation, software installations, and patches)
- Develop and update online support documentation
- Perform systems administration for infrastructure, email, software updates, anti-virus, backups, and CRM systems
- Provide administrative support for Salesforce
- Administer the Zoom phone system by setting up and deploying phones for onsite and remote staff
- Undertake additional technical tasks and projects as required
