- I have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing EDI solutions within the supply chain, retail, or logistics sectors.
- I possess deep expertise in X12 standards and their various version releases (4010, 5010, etc.).
- I am well-versed in retail and logistics transaction sets including purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, inventory, and acknowledgments.
- I have experience in testing and troubleshooting EDI transactions.
- I demonstrate proven project management skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.
- I have customer-facing experience and can effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- I thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change and speed is crucial.

Responsibilities
- I will own end-to-end implementation projects for retail and logistics EDI integrations across various X12 transaction sets (850, 856, 810, etc.).
- I will lead technical discovery, mapping requirements, and orchestration for brands, 3PLs, manufacturers, and SaaS partners.
- I will test and validate transactions through platforms like Rithum and SPS Commerce.
- I will manage project timelines, customer communication, and coordination with stakeholders from project kickoff through to go-live and hypercare.
- I will leverage AI-powered mapping and implementation tools to expedite delivery and address complex edge cases.
- I will collaborate with our engineering team to provide insights on product enhancements and customer needs.
- I will build trusted relationships with customers and trading partners as their primary point of contact.
