Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing vendor governance frameworks and procurement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, licensing models, and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in contract management systems and procurement tools.
- Capability to lead cross-departmental teams and propel strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in budget management and vendor expenditures.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT vendor management strategy that includes vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit processes.
- Oversee IT procurement activities ensuring they align with budgetary goals and compliance requirements while adhering to strategic sourcing principles.
- Manage all aspects of IT contracts from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Create and uphold vendor governance frameworks by establishing SLAs, KPIs, and conducting risk assessments.
- Work with IT leadership and business stakeholders to anticipate procurement requirements and match vendor capabilities to technological roadmaps.
- Monitor the financial stability and operational performance of vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency and accountability, while achieving cost savings.
- Provide executive-level updates on vendor performance, procurement metrics, and contract statuses.
- Mentor and oversee a team of procurement and vendor management professionals.
- Lead the creation of an annual IT Procurement and Vendor Management Workplan that aligns with the companys priorities and financial objectives.
