Requirements
Must:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in email platforms (Outlook or Gmail), and skilled with Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended durations
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently on assigned tasks
- Available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- General understanding of technology
- Basic knowledge of RF technology is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clarity and conciseness in communication
- Professional, adaptable, trustworthy, and accountable
- Highly driven, resourceful, and quick to learn
- Excellent organizational capabilities and a proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Offer information and troubleshooting assistance to users via phone, email, or social media
- Analyze user issues and educate them on product optimization
- Handle general inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Respond to emails and phone calls promptly
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are operating correctly
- Support senior technicians, managers, and engineers with product testing and other tasks
- Manage RMA processes including receiving, documenting, and testing
- Address issues related to equipment returns, RMAs, or troubleshooting
- Complete various tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
