IT Support Technician - Hardware & Software

- Deliver timely technical assistance for both on-site and remote users - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure challenges - Install, maintain, and fix a variety of IT systems and devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, video surveillance systems, and phone systems - Provide support for warehouse technologies such as RF scanners, barcode scanners, tablets, and wireless access points - Offer basic network support including switch patching, cabling checks, and wireless troubleshooting - Manage basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD accounts, including user access and permission management - Deploy and uphold desktop images and application software - Conduct IT onboarding for new employees, covering device provisioning, account setup, and introductory sessions with end users - Partner with third-party vendors for hardware repairs, network cabling, and other technical service requirements - Offer remote hands and eyes support for corporate IT and external vendors - Assist with security system management, including video surveillance and access control technologies - Ensure compliance with company IT security standards, patching policies, and access control protocols - Keep track of and manage the asset inventory and lifecycle for IT equipment - Document technical processes and update IT support records - Oversee the companys ticketing system to manage, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests - Lift and relocate moderately heavy equipment such as computers and printers safely - Provide occasional off-hours or emergency support as necessary
